Frictions Massage

-This is a massage technique
-It is important to identify the precise spot on the structure where damage has occurred.
-The index finger with re-enforced pressure of the middle finger, the middle finger with reenforcing pressure from the index finger, two finger tips or the thumb only are used to give
the friction
-The finger must move with the skin not over the skin. If the finger moves over the skin there is a risk of a friction burn to the skin.
